Most Eurostar services can be booked up to 90 days in advance of the date of travel. Eurostar journeys that involve a connection with the French (and Belgian*) national railways networks can be booked up to 60 days in advance of travel. Direct services by Eurostar to Disneyland Resort Paris can be booked up to 10 months in advance of travel.

Depending on how far in advance of the travel date you make you booking, you will be given the option to receive the Eurostar tickets by First Class post, Special Delivery or by collecting the ticket(s) from the station at a self service ticket machine or at the Eurostar Ticket Desk.

First Class post is not available less than seven days before the departure date. Eurostar tickets will be sent by post to reach you within seven working days.

Special delivery U.K only (£5.00) - Tickets for bookings made before 3:00pm will be delivered by 12:00pm the next business day.Tickets for bookings made after 3:00pm will be delivered by 1:00pm within two business days. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Special Delivery is non-refundable.

Eurostar ticket(s) will be available to collect from the self service ticket machines or the Eurostar ticket desk at the departure station. Important! The cardholder must be present at the time of ticket collection with the actual payment card used in order for us to be able to issue tickets. E-payment (virtual) cards cannot be used if you are collecting a ticket from the station. During peak periods and public holidays, please allow at least 45 minutes for the collection of the tickets at the station.

Please note: Eurostar tickets booked as part of a package will not be posted but will be available for collection from the station at any time prior to travel with the relevant documentation.

The check-in time for Eurostar is 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure if you are already in possesion of the tickets or 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure if you still need to collect the tickets. The only exceptions are for Eurostar Premium First, Business First and Standard flexi tickets, which have a 10 minute check in time prior to the scheduled departure of the train.
